Returns Policy
We try to ensure that all our customers are happy with their purchases, however if you are dissatisfied with your item it can be returned for a full refund or exchange.
All returned goods must be in a re-saleable condition and returned within 14 days of reciept. You will also need to inform us of your intention to return by sending an e-mail to customerservices@marionandmaud.com. On reciept of your email you will be allocated a returns code and an address to return your item to. Please let us know the date of dispatch and a reason for return. This is to ensure that should the postal service be late with delivery you will still be within the 14 days return period.
We also ask that you obtain a proof of posting as we cannot accept responsibility for any goods lost in transit.
All items we despatch are carefully inspected before shipping. If the product is defective or damaged on receipt please report it within 48 hours of receipt for a full refund.
Carriage costs will not be refunded unless items arrive with you damaged.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days of return.
Please note that commissions are excluded from this policy unless damaged.
